Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Fresh Horizons Limited (the "Operator"), which operates the website ballroomblackjack.ca (the "Site") under Kahnawake Gaming Commission 00972. By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by any policies referred to in them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the Site immediately. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator, its directors, employees and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or your unlawful use of the Site.

Jurisdiction

The Operator conducts its gaming activities under Kahnawake Gaming Commission 00972. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with the use of the Site, are governed by the laws that apply to the Operator's activities under that licence, without regard to any rules on conflicts of law.

You and the Operator agree to try to resolve any dispute in good faith before taking formal action. Any dispute that cannot be settled in this way will be submitted to the courts or other bodies that have competent jurisdiction under the applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. A failure by the Operator to enforce any right under these Terms & Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right.
